Technical Specifications
The mixture used in the manufacture of manholes and sewage chambers, consists of elements resistant to drinking water and sewage emissions. It is reinforced with glass fibers of at least 12 mm in length and manufactured in special steel molds to withstand pressures of at least 350 bar and temperatures of at least 170°C. This mixture contains no iron or plastic materials to prevent theft or recycling, specifically regarding the cover or the frame. These products are approved by the National Authority for Drinking Water and Sanitation, and all tests are carried out in all research centers in Egypt in accordance with European specifications (EN 124-5) and Egyptian specifications (Decision 4207 of 2007).

Fiberglass products are called Glass Reinforced Plastic-Polymer, in England they called it (FRP) Fiber Reinforced Plastic as well as the Americans. They are polyester resins reinforced with glass fibers.
